On October 24, 2021, an excursion-lecture was held for students of the 2nd and 3rd courses of the specialty "Restaurant and Hotel Business" to the visitor center "Gorelnik" and a cafe in the mountains "Apa Katya". During the unusual event, students got acquainted with new places of recreation, learned the history of the cafe in nature and studied its menu, asked questions and shared their opinion on the development of the tourism industry, service in the country, discussed on the topic of gastronomic tourism and were satisfied. El-Dana Suranchieva, teacher of the Institute of Natural Science and Geography, organized the visiting lecture.
