The educational program was prepared on the initiative of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The goal is to create a national system for diagnosing the abilities and professional orientation of schoolchildren, supporting talented children to develop their personal potential, and training specialists for the Qabilet republican service.
The Qabilet is an innovative, socio-psychological service, first created in Kazakhstan, unique in its functions and tasks. It helps develop in children critical thinking, creativity, communication, etc. Each child will be able to undergo diagnostics from computer or smartphone, which will determine their abilities and ways to implement them. Due to this, the scientists of KazNPU named after Abai carry out research work on the development of giftedness of children together with foreign universities, also involved in the implementation of the Qabilet project. This year, students recruited for the magistracy, who will practice in the Qabilet service, and in the future, they will be able to work as consultant psychologists, for example, in the Daryn center and other institutions that provide assistance to children and their parents.
As part of the implementation of the Qabilet project, employees of the Vocational Training Department Satova A.K., Abisheva E.D., Mombieva G.A., Tukebaeva S.A., Konysbaeva A.B., Beisembaeva K.D., Ingaibekova T. A. and Sadykov A.B. participated in a training seminar for students of advanced training courses of the Qabilet Service "Practical psychodiagnostics of the abilities of children 10-11 years old" from August 31 to September 6, 2021, it is also planned to continue the training seminar for students from all regions of Kazakhstan.
This training seminar will be held for psychologists of the center "Qabilet" of the Karaganda region from November 22 to 29 of recent year.
