The University has an Office of Legal Work and Procurement. The main purpose of this Department is the organization, management and control of legal (legal) work and public procurement to ensure the comprehensive activities of the non-profit joint-stock company "Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay.

Together with the Department of the Agency RK on counteraction to corruption in Almaty developed and approved a comprehensive work plan for the University in accordance with the model plan of the Republican Project Office "Sanaly Urpaq" and agreed with the head of the Department.

The University operates the Center "Parasat".

Objectives:
In matters of anti-corruption to ensure maximum compliance with international norms and legal requirements, based on which to achieve the absence of financial risks and competitive advantage over other educational institutions, in addition to achieve full assurance that the university follows ethical norms in its activities.

    In the 2020-2021 academic year, the center "Parasat" in cooperation with the Department of Educational, Social Work and Youth Policy implemented the following activities:
