Doctoral students of the 2nd year of the specialty «8D01301-Pedagogy and methods of primary education» of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Abai University completed a month-long foreign internship at the University of Alcala (Spain) from March 01, 2023 to March 30, 2023. During the internship, they worked directly with a foreign supervisor on research topics, regularly worked at the library center of the University of Alcala to select material on the topic of scientific research, discussed issues related to dissertation work, and improved their knowledge.
We attended the lecture «Professional development of teachers through educational practice» by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Jesus Garcia Laborda. During the lecture, scientists Muñoz-Martínez Y., Domínguez-Santos S. and Sen-Pumares S.D.L. introduced research and factors that play an important role in the professional development of teachers through educational practice.
At the end of the internship, the Dean of the Faculty of Education of the University of Alcala, Professor Jesus Garcia Laborda presented certificates to doctoral students.
