National E-Waste Monitoring 2023 and Abai University

In 2023, Kazakhstan conducted a national monitoring of electronic waste aimed at assessing the volumes and management of e-waste in the country. Battery Waste Collection at Abai University

Abai University has implemented a battery waste collection program aimed at safe disposal and recycling. Specially designated containers for used batteries are located throughout the campus, making the disposal process easier for students and staff.
