From 11 to 15 July 2023 in Cholpon-Ata (Kyrgyz Republic), a seminar was held in the International practice-oriented online and offline format on "Education in the XXI century".
The aim of the seminar was to familiarise with technologies and share experience of professional training of specialists of secondary, higher and postgraduate education.
The seminar was attended by: faculty of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology - Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Kyyakbaeva U. K., Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences. K., Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor U.K. Uaisova G.I., Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor A.K. Aitbaeva, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) A.A. Alimbekova, as well as faculty members of Almaty Humanitarian-Economic University, Osh State University (Osh, Kyrgyzstan), Irkutsk State University (Irkutsk, Russia), Grodno State University named after Yanka Kupala (Grodno, Belarus) and teachers of the Agrotechnical College at Skryabin National Agrarian University (Kyrgyz Republic).
During the seminar the director of the International Institute for Professional Development of the teacher of Moscow, Russian Federation, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, pedagogical psychologist, methodologist, teacher of higher education, teacher of the system of professional development and retraining, Kolomiets Olga Mikhailovna held a master class on the theme "Development of professional competence of the teacher innovative education is aimed at the development of professional and organisational competence of the teacher.
During the seminar the director of the International Institute for Professional Development of the teacher of Moscow, Russian Federation, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, pedagogical psychologist, methodologist, teacher of higher education, teacher of the system of professional development and retraining, Kolomiets Olga Mikhailovna held a master class on the theme "Development of professional competence of the teacher innovative education is aimed at the development of professionally oriented technologies that allow students to form learning independence". The master class demonstrated the technologies of developing professional competences of a teacher aimed at the formation of mental abilities that ensure the correct (error-free) performance of research and practice activities by students. The participating teaching staff performed practical tasks and shared their experiments.
