October 23, 2023 by the Department of Political Science and Socio-Philosophical Disciplines of the Institute of History and Law of Abai KazNPU held a round table on the topic "Oriental culture and civilization" with representatives of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Member of the Iranian Academy of Sciences, philosopher, Professor, Ghulamreza Avani, Head of the Institute of Cultural, Social and Civilizational Studies, member of the faculty of the Research Institute of Humanities and Cultural Studies, Reza Gholami, as well as Director of the Organization of Culture and Islamic Communications Khalaja Monfareda and others made presentations at this event.

During the round table, teachers and students asked topical questions and exchanged opinions.
