On the eve of the "World Earth Day" on April 20, 2024, under the leadership of associate Professor Shirinbaeva Gulbakhira, in the environmental areas of the volunteer club "Meirim", volunteer students Kyyakbai Umit, Amzeeva Aselkhan, Khamzayeva Aruzhan, Kozhabayeva Nurshat, Aitibek Nurai held an educational and ecological hour "Live, Earth!".



In order to foster a humane attitude for all living things on our planet Earth, volunteers conducted an environmental conversation with children about nature using sound therapy. The sounds of nature used: birdsong, the sound of wind, rain, sea, waterfall gave children the opportunity to learn and love this unique world of nature that surrounds us now.



In the practical part of the environmental hour in the center of the playground, volunteers together with children planted flowers, talked about how to water and care for them, explained what role they play in everyday human life.



From the educational and environmental talks of the volunteers, the children learned about the role of the environment for all living things, about environmental problems on planet Earth.



From the presentation "Live the Earth!" the children learned why the Earth is called the blue planet, and also found out that the Earth is in danger from us humans. And we figured out how to protect her.
