As part of the work plan of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Service of Abai University for the current year, from October 2 to November 8, 2023, and in order to improve the quality of education of all seven institutes, meetings were held with heads of departments and other teachers on the topic "Formation of an anti-corruption culture".



During the meetings, the main problematic issues in the framework of combating corruption in higher education, as well as the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption", preventive measures, and corruption risks were discussed. The issues of organizing events, interpreting the norms of internal regulatory documents, and monitoring compliance with anti-corruption standards were widely explained. At the end of the meeting, answers were given to the questions of the participants of the event, as well as a free discussion was held. Recommendations were made on the need to hold such meetings on a regular basis.
