From September 8 to 10, 2025, psychologists from the Psychological support service conducted psychological training sessions for first-year students at the Astana branch of Abai University.

The main goal of the training was to support students in adapting to their new environment, improving their emotional resilience, and developing their communication skills.

On September 8, the training «New rules, new me: how to adapt without stress?», on September 9, a training called «Common Goal, Common Success» was held to enhance group interaction, and on September 10, a training called «Fundamentals of Effective Communication» was held to promote communication skills.

The training included various group exercises, discussions, and practical tasks, allowing participants to express their thoughts freely and share their experiences.

The students enjoyed the training and gained valuable knowledge and skills that will benefit them in the upcoming academic year.
More than 100 students participated in the training.
