On April 21-22 in Almaty City at Kazakh National Women`s Teacher Training University the XIV National Student Subject Olympiad was held on the direction of "6B013 - Teacher Training without subject specialization" (Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary Education).
The Olympiad was aimed at increasing interest of students in their future profession, identification and support of talented young people. 25 teams from all pedagogical universities of the republic took part in it.
Our university was represented by two teams of 3rd year students of Primary Education Department.
Team "Bastau" leaders: Arynova Gulzhanar, Zhumash Zhanar Erkinkyzy.
Team members: Aruzhan Bauyrzhankyzy Asanova, Aimerek Shubay, Gulnur Kuralbayzy, Medeukyzy Zholdaskhan Esel.
Team "Harmony" leaders: Lebedeva Larisa Anatolievna, Arenova Asyl Khadyrzhanovna.
Team members: Yulia Aleksandrovna Butina, Kristina Viktorovna Degtyareva, Elena Andreevna Kulakova, Alua Badəuletkyzy Shymyr.
The participants passed four rounds of tests: competition "Professional values" (team presentation), protection of research project "Pedagogical ideas in the educational space" (each team developed and presented their project), competition "Quality of professional knowledge" (test tasks in pedagogy and methodology of primary education), practical competition "Pedagogical design" (development and presentation of a video lesson).
Both teams represented the university with dignity, passed all the competitive tests, the performances were informative and memorable. In the presentation of the teams the values of the teacher of primary education, the system of Kazakhstan education were brightly presented. Projects and video lessons were notable for their integrity and technological effectiveness.
According to the results of the Olympiad the team "Harmony" (heads Lebedeva Larisa Anatolievna, Arenova Asyl Khadyrzhanovna) took the 2nd place. The jury specially noted the practical orientation of the project "Implementation of Hyflex technology to create a comfortable educational environment for children at school and at home" presented by the team and its implementation as an educational website for primary school students and their parents.
